The Roomzz manual
Roomzz is a set of 3D clubs at roomzz.io, one for each token or NFT collection. Connect a wallet on Base or Robinhood Chain, sign one message with no transaction and no gas, and walk in: meet the other holders, watch the chart and live trades on the wall, chat, order at a bar paid in ETH and swap from your own wallet.
This page is the whole manual in one place. Part I explains clubs and how you get in. Part II covers the money: the bar, where its ETH goes, the swap box and what a club admin controls. Part III lists what the Roomzz team can and cannot do, the contracts, the numbers and the risks. Short answers are on the FAQ.

Part I
Roomzz basics
What a club is, which clubs exist, how you get in and what you find inside.
1. What Roomzz is
Roomzz is a set of 3D clubs at roomzz.io. Each club belongs to one token or one NFT collection, and its holders meet there in one hall.
You connect a wallet, get an avatar and walk in. The wall shows the chart and the live trades, and the other holders are standing next to you. There is a chat, a bar paid in ETH and, in token clubs, a swap box. Signing in is one signature with no transaction and no gas.
There are two kinds of club: token clubs and NFT clubs. The front door lists both, next to a Community door that is coming soon. You can also watch any club as a guest, with no wallet at all.
Coming soon
- Community rooms: coming soon. Anyone will be able to open a room for a creator and their fans, a game guild or a group of friends.
- Ethereum, BNB and Solana: coming soon. Base and Robinhood Chain are live.
- Holder-opened NFT clubs from a kiosk: coming soon.
- Voice chat: not live. Chat is text today.
2. Clubs and chains
A token club opens by itself once 10 different wallets hold the token, and an NFT club exists for each collection the Roomzz team has added. Clubs run on Base and Robinhood Chain.
Token clubs
- A token club opens by itself. Nobody applies. The first coin to reach the holder count opens its club: 10 different wallets.
- Launcher coins on Base (coins created on the launchpad Roomzz is built with): each of those 10 wallets must hold at least 1,000,000 whole tokens. The coin's creator and its bonding curve do not count.
- Any other token gets a club when public token data shows 10 holders. No minimum balance applies on this path. On Robinhood Chain every token club opens this way.
- A wallet with a higher balance gets a VIP seat. The default VIP line is 20,000,000 whole tokens, and a club admin can set the club's own entry and VIP lines.
- A club that has been quiet for 72 hours is archived. It wakes when a wallet walks in.
- A club does not close when its holder count drops again.
NFT clubs
- An NFT club exists only for a collection the Roomzz team has added. Visitors cannot add one today. Holder-opened NFT clubs from a kiosk are coming soon.
- An NFT club can have an open window with a start and an end. Inside it the club is open with no holder count, and anyone signed in may join, holder or not.
- Seats come from how many NFTs a wallet holds: a table seat at the club's table line, a VIP seat at its VIP line.
- The wall can show poster tokens from the collection and a live feed of sales. In a pixel-art collection your own token can be your avatar.
Chains
| Chain | Chain id | Status | Club address |
|---|---|---|---|
| Base | 8453 | Live | roomzz.io/room/<contract address> |
| Robinhood Chain | 4663 | Live | roomzz.io/room/robinhood/<contract address> |
| Ethereum, BNB and Solana | Coming soon |
3. Getting in
Watch as a guest with no wallet, or connect a wallet and sign one message to walk in. The signature is not a transaction: it costs no gas and cannot move your funds.
As a guest
- Anyone can open a club and watch without a wallet. A guest reads the chat, sees the chart and trades on the wall, and sees the hall.
- A guest has no avatar and holds no place. A guest cannot chat, order at the bar or take any other action. Any action opens a Walk in card to connect and sign in.
- A guest cannot wake an archived club. It stays asleep until a wallet walks in.
With a wallet
- ConnectRoomzz is wallet only: email and social login are off. The wallet networks offered are Base and Robinhood Chain.
- Sign one messageA standard sign-in message (EIP-4361, Sign-In With Ethereum). It names the site, the chain id 8453 and a one-time code from the server. The code works once and is good for 5 minutes.
- Walk inThe server checks the signature and starts a session tied to your wallet address. A session lasts 24 hours by default. Your browser keeps it for that tab, and signing out clears it.
It sends no transaction, costs no gas, gives no token approval and moves no funds. Money moves only when you send a separate transaction yourself: a bar order, a tip or a swap, each one opened in your wallet for you to confirm. The wording in the message may still show an older name from before Roomzz had its own site.
Places and the queue
Each hall has three groups of places. When yours is full you are watching: you see the hall and read the chat, wait in the queue, and write once you are in.
| Group | Places | Who |
|---|---|---|
| General | 250 | Everyone who is not VIP or crew |
| VIP | 50 | Wallets with a VIP seat |
| Team | 20 | Mods and DJs |
- The Roomzz team and the club admin always get in and use no place.
- The queue lets VIP wallets in first, then holders, then other wallets, each in arrival order.
- A wallet that leaves keeps its place for 60 seconds.
- The hall shows how many people are inside, watching, and visiting as guests.
4. Inside a club
Every club is one hall with a wall, a chat, a bar and, in token clubs, a swap box. You see the others as avatars around you, and the crew runs the club.
The wall
- A token club's wall shows the chart and the live trades.
- The wall also plays a video that stays in sync for everyone in the club. A live stream has no seek. The admin, mods and DJs start and stop it from the DJ booth.
- A token club with no admin may play a default stream until someone plays another.
- Music is the wall video. There is no separate radio and no voice chat.
Chat
- Plain text, up to 280 characters, public to everyone in your hall. The last 100 messages are kept for 24 hours.
- Up to 5 messages per 10 seconds per wallet. Links are limited to DJs, mods and the admin.
- Reply to a message, edit or delete your own, react with one of six emoji, and mention up to 5 people in your hall with @.
- The admin or a mod can pin one message for 7 days, and post a raid card: a link to a post with optional like and repost goals. Holders press I did it once. Nothing is verified.
- Slow mode: the admin sets 0 to 60 seconds between messages. A token club with no admin gets 3 seconds.
- Repeat guard: the third identical message within 30 seconds is refused and the wallet is muted for 60 seconds.
- Guests and wallets that are watching can read the chat but not write.
The crew and the roles
| Role | What it can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | The Roomzz team's wallets. Highest rank in every club, cannot be kicked, muted or banned, and hidden unless its badge is on. |
| Admin | Runs the club: names mods and DJs, sets Holders only, the entry and VIP lines and slow mode, pins, starts raids and signs the bar split. |
| Mod | Kicks, mutes (1 second to 24 hours) and bans wallets of a lower rank, deletes their messages, pins and runs raids. |
| DJ | Starts and stops the wall video and may post links in chat. |
| Holder | A wallet that holds the token, or NFTs of the collection. |
| Visitor | Any other signed-in wallet. |
- A role can act only on a lower role.
- A club ban lasts until it is lifted. A platform ban by the Roomzz team keeps a wallet out of every club.
- Holders only: when the admin turns it on, wallets below the holder line can still watch, but only holders get a place. The door shows how much to hold. It is off by default and does not apply to NFT clubs.
Part II
Money
The bar, where each order's ETH goes, the swap box and the club admin's controls. Every payment is a transaction you confirm in your own wallet.
5. The bar
The bar sells drinks and effects priced in US dollars and paid in ETH at the Chainlink ETH/USD rate. Your wallet sends the quote plus 2 percent for price drift, and the contract refunds the rest in the same transaction.
| Item | Price | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Beer | $1 | Lands in the recipient's hand |
| Wine | $1 | Lands in the recipient's hand |
| Vodka shot | $1 | Lands in the recipient's hand |
| Whisky | $1 | Lands in the recipient's hand |
| Confetti | $1 | Popped by the bartender |
| Champagne | $3 | Comes on a tray |
| Fireworks | $5 | Go off over the hall |
| Round for all | $10 | Buy the club a round |
- These are the prices set at deployment. The contract owner can change the menu.
- A quote rounds up. A stale or broken price is refused: on Base the price must be under 1 hour old and the network status feed is checked; on Robinhood Chain the price may be up to 25 hours old.
- Every order is a transaction you confirm in your wallet.
Gifts
Order for yourself, or gift an item to another avatar. A gift goes only to a person who is in your hall right now: the club proves it with a short signature that is good for 5 minutes. The recipient gets the drink, not money.
Tips
| Tip | Amount | Goes to |
|---|---|---|
| Bartender | $1 to $100 ($1, $5 or any amount) | The bar staff |
| Doorman | $1 to $100 ($1, $5 or any amount) | The bar staff |
| DJ | $1 to $100 ($1, $5, $20 or any amount) | 80 percent to the DJ, the rest to the platform |
- Tips to the bartender and the doorman go to the bar staff. They never feed the burn.
- A DJ tip goes to a person with the DJ role in that club. DJ tips count toward a daily limit of $500 per sending wallet.
Comped wallets
The contract owner can mark a wallet as comped. A comped wallet sees Free next to every item and orders without sending ETH, so no money moves. Its tips are still charged.
6. Where bar ETH goes
Every order is split in the same transaction: 20% to the platform by default, and the rest between a burn of the club's coin and the club's team wallet, as the club admin sets it. A club with no live split sends all of it to the platform.
| Part | Share | Where it goes |
|---|---|---|
| Platform | 20% by default | Roomzz. The contract owner can set a different share for one club. |
| Burn | Set by the admin, in steps of 5% of the other 80% | Buys the club's coin and burns it |
| Team wallet | The rest of the 80% | Paid in ETH to the one wallet the admin names |
- The admin signs the split and sends it as a transaction. The burn part and the team part always add up to the whole 80%.
- NFT clubs have no burn part. A burn part is also refused for a token that KyberSwap cannot fill within a price impact limit.
- A club with no live split pays 100% of every order to the platform: a club with no admin, one whose admin never signed, or one whose split was reset.
- When a club's admin changes, the split is reset on chain.
- A share that cannot be delivered is held for that wallet to withdraw.
- The RoomzzBar contract serves NFT clubs on Base, token clubs on Base that are not launcher coins, and every club on Robinhood Chain. Launcher coin clubs on Base use an older bar contract with its own split table.
How the burn works
- The bucket fillsThe burn part of each order goes into the club's own bucket, held by the bar contract. A burn meter in the club shows it filling and the total burned.
- The keeper flushes itA keeper wallet acts when the bucket reaches 0.002 ETH, or when its oldest part is older than 20 days. It spends at most 0.05 ETH at a time, at most once per 10 minutes per club.
- The coin is bought and burnedThe swap goes through the KyberSwap router with no integrator fee and 3% slippage, and the coin is sent to the dead address listed under Contracts and chains.
- The contract checks itThe dead address balance of the coin must grow by at least the promised amount, or the whole call reverts.
- The keeper skips a club whose coin has no usable route or too much price impact.
- The 30 day rule: if nobody flushes a bucket for 30 days, anyone can send it to the team wallet of the club's live split. Nothing ever moves a bucket to the platform, the contract owner or the keeper.
- The burn says what it does and nothing more: it does not set or support a price.
7. In-club swap
Token clubs have a swap box that trades through the KyberSwap aggregator on Base and Robinhood Chain. The fee is 0.5%, always taken in ETH, and every step opens in your wallet for you to confirm.
- The fee is taken from the input when you pay in ETH, and from the output when you sell for ETH. The box shows it as a percent, an amount and a dollar value before you send.
- Slippage: 0.5, 1 or 3 percent, 1 percent by default. A quote older than 30 seconds is refreshed, and a price that got worse is shown for review instead of being sent.
- A price impact above 15 percent, or an unknown one, needs a tick in a confirmation box.
- Selling first asks for an approval of exactly the amount you sell, never an unlimited one. That is its own wallet confirmation.
- The box keeps a little ETH back for gas on a buy, and asks for some ETH on a sell. The wall updates once the chain confirms the trade.
- Launcher coins trade in the launcher's own panel with its own fee, so the swap fee is not added on top.
- NFT clubs have no swap box. If the box cannot reach trading, it says Trading is temporarily unavailable.
8. Club admins
The admin runs a club: the wall video, the crew, the chat rules and the bar split. A launcher coin's creator is admin from the start; any other token club starts with no admin, and admin rights go through a fixed order of checks.
How an admin is appointed
- The creator walletThe wallet that created the coin is admin at once.
- The token's own social accountThe account the token lists publicly, confirmed by two public token data sources, posts a one-time code and the contract address. The code is good for 24 hours.
- A holder voteHolders back the request with free signatures worth at least 10% of the circulating supply. Pool, burn, creator and the token's own wallets do not count, and wallets under 0.01% of the supply are dust. A request lasts 14 days and a backing signature at most 7 days.
- A review by the Roomzz teamThe last step is a manual review by a person on the Roomzz team.
- A creator request on a club that already got its admin another way goes to review.
- A revoke sticks: that wallet, that account and every automatic path go to review until the Roomzz team clears them.
- An NFT club's admins are the wallets the Roomzz team set for that collection.
What an admin sets
- The bar split: the burn part and the team wallet, in steps of 5%.
- The crew: mods and DJs, up to 20 crew wallets in a token club. Crew wallets always get in and use the team places.
- Holders only, the entry line and the VIP line.
- Slow mode, the pinned message and raid cards.
What an admin cannot do
- Change the platform share, the menu or its prices.
- Set a burn part in an NFT club, or for a coin KyberSwap cannot fill.
- Act on the Roomzz team's wallets or on a role at their own rank or above.
- Move anyone's funds. Every order, tip and swap is a transaction the sender confirms.
Part III
Trust and reference
Who can do what, the public contracts, every number in one table, and the risks.
9. What we can and cannot do
Roomzz cannot move your funds: signing in is a signature, and every payment is a transaction you confirm yourself. The contract owner does hold a few powers over the bar, and they are all listed here.
Signature or transaction
| Sign-in signature | Transaction (order, tip, swap) | |
|---|---|---|
| Costs gas | No | Yes |
| Moves funds | No | Yes, the amount your wallet shows |
| Gives an approval | No | Only an exact-amount approval when you sell in the swap box |
| Needs your confirmation | Yes | Yes, every time |
Read what your wallet shows before you confirm. A sign-in message names no amount. A transaction does.
What the contract owner can do
- Change the menu prices.
- Set a different platform share for one club.
- Mark wallets as comped, so their orders are free.
- Lower the DJ tip limit.
What the Roomzz team does
- Adds NFT clubs and sets their admins and crew.
- Reviews admin requests that the automatic checks do not settle, and can revoke an admin.
- Holds the owner role in every club, and can ban a wallet from every club.
What nobody can do
- Move your funds with your sign-in signature.
- Send a burn bucket to the platform, the contract owner or the keeper. A bucket only buys and burns the club's coin, or after 30 days goes to the club's team wallet.
- Burn without proof: the contract reverts unless the dead address really received the coin.
10. Contracts and chains
The bar is the RoomzzBar contract on Base and on Robinhood Chain, and the swap box and the burn use the KyberSwap router. Every address here is public and can be checked on its chain's explorer.
Each link opens the address on Basescan or the Robinhood Chain explorer.
| Chain | Chain id | Price feed | Explorer |
|---|---|---|---|
| Base | 8453 | Chainlink ETH/USD, under 1 hour old, network status checked | basescan.org |
| Robinhood Chain | 4663 | Chainlink ETH/USD, up to 25 hours old | robin.etherscan.io |

12. Risks
Roomzz is a social space, not financial advice. Tokens are risky, contracts can have bugs, and a club or a burn says nothing about the value of a coin.
- Any token with enough holders gets a club. A club is not a review or an endorsement of its coin.
- Contracts can have bugs. The bar and the routers are public code, and their addresses are listed above.
- Prices move. A swap can fill worse than you hoped within your slippage, and a large price impact can cost you.
- A price feed can stop. The bar then refuses orders rather than charge a wrong price.
- The burn depends on a route. A coin with no usable route is skipped, and its bucket can go to the team wallet after 30 days.
- Chat is public and anyone signed in can write in it. Read every link with care, and never share a recovery phrase.
- Services can be down. If the swap box cannot reach a price it says Trading is temporarily unavailable, and it sends nothing.
- Only send what your wallet shows and you understand. Every transaction is yours to confirm.
