Privacy Policy
Last updated 29 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Roomzz (“we”, “us” or “our”) handles information in connection with the Roomzz interface at roomzz.io (the “Interface”). Roomzz is a non-custodial, wallet-based interface, so we collect as little as possible and we never take custody of your assets or keys.
1. Information we handle
- Wallet address and on-chain activity. When you connect a wallet, sign in or send a transaction, your public wallet address and the resulting on-chain activity (bar orders, tips, swaps, fees) are processed by the Interface. This data lives on a public blockchain, is visible to anyone, and is permanent and outside our control.
- Sign-in session. When you sign in, our service checks your signature and keeps a session tied to your wallet address, 24 hours by default. Your browser keeps the session token in session storage, which belongs to the browser tab, and signing out clears it.
- Content you submit. Chat messages, reactions, replies and the settings an admin sets for a club are visible to the others in your club. We keep the most recent chat messages of a club for a limited time, 24 hours by default.
- Guests. A guest who watches a club without a wallet is not asked for any personal details. To limit abuse we count guest connections per IP address while they are open.
- Limited technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider processes basic technical data such as IP address and browser type to serve the site, keep it secure, and rate-limit abuse. We also use basic page view measurement from our hosting provider's analytics.
- Messages you send us. If you contact us, we receive what you choose to send.
We do not ask for your name, email, or identity documents to use the Interface, and we never ask for or receive your private keys or seed phrase.
2. How we use information
We use the information above to provide and maintain the Interface, show clubs, chat and market data, let you place orders at the bar, keep the service secure and moderate clubs, prevent abuse, and respond to messages you send us. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who else is involved
The Interface depends on third parties that process data under their own policies: our hosting provider, the wallet connection service, Base and Robinhood Chain RPC providers (your transactions are broadcast to the public network), wallet providers you choose to connect, a swap aggregator you may use in token clubs, and the data and video sources shown on a club's wall. On-chain data, once published, is public and permanent and cannot be deleted by us.
4. Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The Interface uses your browser's local and session storage for basic preferences and for your wallet connection and sign-in session, so the site works as expected. You can clear this at any time in your browser.
5. Retention
We keep technical data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Chat messages are kept for a limited time. On-chain data published to the blockchain is permanent and not controlled by us.
6. Your choices
You can watch any club without connecting a wallet. You control what content you post and which wallet you connect. Depending on where you live, you may have rights over personal data that applies to you, such as to access, correct, delete, or restrict its processing, to object to processing, or to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. To exercise any such right, contact us and we will respond as required by the law that applies to you. Note that data published on a public blockchain is permanent and cannot be changed or removed by us.
7. Children
The Interface is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date above.
9. Contact
